"Good Products, Website Workout Included"
PyramydAir has a solid selection and I’ve found plenty of good products there. The website, though, feels a little clunky sometimes. The filters don’t always narrow things down the way you’d expect, and a few pages take their sweet time loading. It’s not a disaster or anything, just one of those sites where you go in to shop and end up doing extra clicking like it’s part of the checkout process.

I might’ve misunderstood the specs, but they weren’t very clear to me, and when my order arrived it just felt like it wasn’t quite what I expected. Could be partly on me, but the whole thing seemed a little off.

I was about ready to place an order with Pyramyd Air, but the shipping cost completely threw me off. It just didn’t make sense for what I was buying and ended up making the deal feel not worth it. I get that shipping costs money, but this was higher than I expected. Save yourself some time and check the shipping early before you get all the way through checkout like I did.

"Order Arrived, But Communication Felt Off"
I ordered some pellets and a few small parts, and to be fair, everything did eventually show up. The prices seemed alright too. But the tracking info and emails were kind of all over the place, and I had to ask twice before I got a clear answer. Something about it just made me feel a bit uneasy. I don’t think it’s a scam or anything, but it’s not a site I’d use again without double-checking every detail
"Box showed up crushed"
The box arrived totally crushed, like it had been tossed around the whole way, I mean, I get shipping can be rough, but this was bad. Luckily, the item inside was okay, but the packaging definitely didn’t hold up.

I usually use the site to check reviews before buying something, and it helps me get a general idea about a product. But a lot of the reviews are short or don’t really say much beyond the basics. Sometimes I’m still left guessing around whether something is actually good or not

"Repair took way too long"
Sent my air rifle in to get repaired and it took a lot longer than they told me it would. Updates were few and far between too, so I was kinda left wondering what was going on most of the time. It does work now, so there’s that, but overall I’m not really happy with the whole experiance

"Setup Service Didn’t Quite Feel Worth the Extra Cost"
I paid extra for the airgun setup because I figured it would save me some time, but it didn’t really feel like it delivered. The scope was in the ballpark, but I still had to make adjustments, and reading between the lines, it just seemed like the whole setup might have been done a little quickly. Shipping was fine and the gun arrived in good shape, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just expected a bit more from a paid add-on and probably wouldn’t choose the setup service again.

I was really hoping they’d have a better selection, but a lot of the stuff I was looking for was either missing or out of stock. The filters didn’t help much either and kept showing me things that weren’t even close to what I needed. I also tried getting help, but I kept getting transferred around instead of actually getting an answer, which just made it more annoying. Maybe it’s fine if you’re only looking for basic common items, but for me it was frustrating and I ended up shopping somewhere else

"I went with their product recommendations because..."
I went with their product recommendations because they said they’d point me to the right stuff for my setup, but that turned out to be a total waste of time. The items they suggested didn’t really fit what I needed at all. On top of that, customer service had promised they’d help sort it out, but nothing really came of it. Frustrating experience, and I definitely won’t be relying on their advice again

"Decent product, but support felt impersonal"
I ordered from pyramydair.com and had a question about my shipment, but getting a response from customer service took way longer than I expected. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt rushed and kind of generic, like I was just a ticket number they were trying to clear out. The product itself was okay, so it wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the lack of better communication made it more frustrating than it needed to be

"Charged for the order, but it showed up wrong"
My order arrived, but it had the wrong pellets and the cleaner was missing completely. I was charged for what I actually ordered, so it’s frustrating to open the box and realize it’s not right. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying and not what I paid for.

The return process ended up taking longer than I think it should have, and a few steps weren’t very clear. I had to follow up more than once to get updates, which was frustrating. To be fair, it did get sorted in the end, so I appreciate that part. I just wish the communication had been smoother and the whole process a bit easier.

So... I paid for the pre-shipment inspection and everything seemed fine, though I wish there had been a bit more detail provided. The gun arrived working like it should, so I guess the inspection did what it was supposed to do.
